Our rings are made in the exact size you select. We recommend professional finger measurement; if you're unsure, measure an existing ring or use a string as shown in the guide — the guide also lists mm and US conversions. We do not offer resizing, so please check your size carefully.

• Remove your ring for swimming, sport and cleaning, and put it on after perfume and lotions have dried. Wipe it with a soft cloth and keep it in its box. Silver may tarnish over time and rhodium on shiny white gold may wear gradually with use. These signs alone do not prove a defect; your rights for original defects and non-conformity remain protected.
• Visible damage, missing contents or a wrong item: submit your report with photos and a continuous unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. Missing video or late notice does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Hidden defects found later remain covered as required by law.
• If a ring has a manufacturing defect or does not match its agreed specifications, we provide repair, replacement or refund as required by law. We do not offer resizing, polishing or elective repair services.

• Preparation follows the current stage shown before payment; DHL transit and clearance are separate.
• Across the UAE — complimentary tracked delivery once your ring is ready.
• Outside the UAE — live DHL rate calculated at checkout for your address. Import duties, taxes and any clearance fees due in the destination country are not included in the order total. The recipient is responsible for them and pays them directly to the carrier or competent authority.
• Destinations DHL cannot serve are not offered at checkout.
• Each ring is made to your selections, so we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. Your legal rights for defects, non-conformity and failed supply are not affected.
